Greater Hume Shire Council meetings are usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and generally alternate between Holbrook and Culcairn offices.
Council meetings are held at 4.30pm and residents of the Shire are invited to attend. A Public Forum precedes the meetings allowing residents to ask questions or raise issues of concern. Residents who wish to raise any issues in this way are required to make written application to the General Manager at least 7 days prior to the monthly meeting date, detailing any issues to be raised. Minutes and AgendasCouncil minutes and agendas are publicly available information. Residents are entitled to inspect the current version of: - agendas and business papers for council and committee meetings (excluding business papers for confidential matters considered when a meeting is closed to the public).
