Holbrook Miniature Railway
Sunday 13 & 27 January 10am to 4pm
Location: Ten Mile Creek Gardens
Enjoy the Track through the Ten Mile Gardens on the second and fourth Sunday of each month, throughout the year. The railway runs every Sunday during school holidays and by arrangement for parties and groups.

Greater Hume Council Australia Day Celebrations

Saturday 26 January 2019
Walla Walla Sportsground, William Street, Walla Walla
8 am for Breakfast, 9 am Official Ceremony commences.
This is a FREE event.
The Australia Day celebrations include the Australia Day Breakfast, Australia Day Ambassador’s address, presentation of Awards. Plenty of shade will be provided. Please bring chair, rug, sunscreen, hat and insect repellent.
Activities after Australia Day Ceremony
  • Afternoon - Swimming Pool open from 12 noon, with live music and BBQ lunch (for sale)
  • Afternoon - Town tours, historical and memorabilia displays
  • Evening - German Festival with plenty of food, drink and entertainment at the Sportsground.

New Greater Hume Council Website Is LIVE

Greater Hume Council has just launched their new website, which includes a fresh look and a layout that allows easy user-friendly access through a simple master menu.
The new website allows visitors to click into all aspects of the services and facilities provided by Council as well as other information from latest news, paying rates or finding the hours of a swimming pool. 
All forms that are required are now available in downloadable pdf, with online forms under development. Council envisages it will take up to 12 months before all aspects are fully functional.
