Regional Buses partners Matt Kane and Allan Ofak, in collaboration with Transport for NSW, are proud to announce the launch of the new Burrumbuttock, Walla Walla and Jindera to Albury On Demand bus service, commencing Monday 11 February 2019. The service is one of ten trials operating under the NSW Government’s Rural and Regional On Demand Public Transport pilot program.
The overarching objective of the program is to test and learn through the delivery of new and creative transport services.
Regional Buses will provide drop-offs and pick-ups within the Albury City Boundary.
Operating hours are 7.00am till 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Bookings are required for the service to operate.
To book, the following methods are available:
Phone/text: 0448 353 281
The service will use a modern 12 seater bus with experienced, customer focussed drivers.
Value for money fares commence from $4.90, with passengers able to travel from Walla Walla to Jindera or Burrumbuttock, or Jindera to Albury. Half price concession fares are available to those eligible.
RED ticket fares are also available for those eligible, allowing all day travel from any location at a bargain $2.50.
The communities’ support, feedback and ideas are vital for the success of the service and also to enable operations to be fine-tuned, to ensure it is best servicing the transport needs of the area.
We look forward to welcoming passengers aboard our service and assure you of a quality service.
