Greater Hume Council Offices at Culcairn, Henty, Holbrook and Jindera will reopen Monday 25 May.
General Manager Steven Pinnuck commented that the reopening of Council Offices is a stepped process to resume face to face access to Council services, following the reopening of playgrounds, skate parks and all public toilets on Friday 15 May.
While Council Offices are reopening on Monday, Mr Pinnuck encouraged residents where possible to use electronic methods to communicate with Council by:
- phoning on 02 6036 0100 or 1300 653 538
- sending an email to email@example.com
- lodging a Customer Request via the Council website (Customer Requests are designed for you to request, comment, suggest or advise a problem).
- and payment of rates can be made by using the online payment system, payment by Visa or Mastercard by phoning 1300 730 839 or Bpay.
Council also wishes to advise, in light of COVID-19, that public access computers will not be available at the Culcairn, Henty and Jindera offices until further notice.
In line with the NSW Government’s recent announcement, it is expected that Council libraries will reopen on Monday 1 June and updates will be provided when further information on any restrictions imposed by the State Government are known.
