Outcome - Public Hearing, 2 May, re Reclassification of Land, Jindera

RECLASSIFICATION FROM COMMUNITY LAND TO OPERATIONAL LAND – LOT 42 DP 1132425 – BRITTON COURT, LOT 61 DP 1194500 – 33 PECH AVENUE  - LOT 89 DP1228879 – 9 KLEIN COURT, LOT 67 DP 1195450 – PIONEER DRIVE JINDERA

To comply with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993 (the Act)  Council held a public hearing on the 2 May 2019 at the Jindera Community Hub to discuss the proposed reclassification of the above mentioned allotments of land from Community to Operational Land.

As required by Section 47(G) of the Act the meeting was chaired by Mr Peter O’Dwyer who is completely independent of Council.   Mr O’Dwyer has provided a report on the outcome of this meeting which can be viewed here(PDF, 2MB) or visit Jindera Community Hub to view a hard copy.
