In accordance with the provisions of Sections 404 and 405 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council has prepared a Draft 2017/2021 Delivery Program and 2020/2021 Operational Plan.
The Delivery Program is intended to set the direction of Council for a period of years so that the community’s needs and expectations are met in a planned, co-ordinated and cost effective manner.
The 2017/2021 Delivery Program and Draft 2020/2021 Operational Plan is prepared in accordance with the Act and includes the following:
The plan is on public exhibition commencing Monday 11 May until 5:00 pm Friday 5 June 2020.

Submissions in relation to any or all aspects of the plan may be made to Council at any time during the period of public exhibition.
Following the period of exhibition, Council will receive a further report on the plan which will consider submissions received prior to formally adopting the document on Wednesday, 17 June 2020.
