The NSW Government, through its Community Connectivity Research Project, wants to better understand how internet and mobile service disruptions affect communities during emergencies, including natural disasters. We are seeking real-life stories from people who have experienced how digital connectivity has helped or failed during critical times. NSW Telco Authority is leading and delivering an important initiative to improve digital connectivity for disaster-impacted communities, which has been funded by the Australian Government. If you, your communities, businesses or organisations have experienced internet or mobile service disruptions during an emergency, we encourage you to complete the survey below and share your story. Your feedback will be used to help inform future NSW Government decisions and policies, to ensure stronger, more reliable connectivity for communities during emergencies. You can provide feedback by taking our survey until 26 May 2025.
Have your Say here If you have any questions about this initiative, please email connectivityindex@customerservice.nsw.gov.au Thank you for your support in sharing this information with your communities and networks
