NOTICE is hereby given that Greater Hume Council proposes to lease the following section of Unused Road in accordance with Part 10, Division 2, Section 153 - 157 of the Roads Act 1993.
Description of Land
- The unused section of road reserve adjoining Lot 1 DP 770448 – 19 Shea Road, Mullengandra.
Any person who wishes to make a submission in respect of the proposal may do so via the Have Your Say form below, in writing by “Proposed Unused Road Lease” to Greater Hume Council, PO Box 99, Holbrook NSW 2644 or mail@greaterhume.nsw.gov.au.
Submissions will be received until 10am Saturday, 14 June 2025.
