Tender - TL04-2021/2022 Brownrigg Street Drainage Stage 1

In accordance with Clause 166 of the Local Government Regulation 2005, Greater Hume Shire Council is formally requesting prices from suitably qualified and experienced persons or companies for the following works: Tender TL04-2021/2022 Brownrigg Street Drainage Stage 1.
Brownrigg Street Drainage Stage 1 involves the construction of piped drainage as well as associated pits and open swale drains. Each property is to be provided with a 150mm house drain and a 600mm diameter grated CPO pit.
Stage 1 is located at the southern end of Brownrigg Street. Future stages will include the continuation of the works along the full length of Brownrigg Street to the Culcairn Holbrook Road as well as along a number of side streets.
The current tender allows for substantial provisional rates for Stages 2 and 3 of this project which may possibly proceed as part of this contract.
It’s expected that a tender report will be submitted to the January 2022 Council meeting.
Contracts will be signed soon after that meeting with an expected commencement date to be early 2022.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on site at 10.00am on Tuesday 16 November 2021.
Tenderers are strongly urged to attend this meeting however site inspections may be made at any time to inspect the site before tendering.
Tenders close at 2pm on TUESDAY 7 DECEMBER, 2021.
