Booking an Inspection or Meeting

To book an inspection or meet with one of our Building Certifiers, Planners or other Departmental Staff please contact Council’s Customer Relations Staff on T: 02 6036 0100.

The booking will be entered into Councils Building Calendar, if there are any changes required the relevant staff will be in contact directly.

Please ensure the following information is available for the Customer Relations Staff:

  • Approval Number
  • Address of the Property
  • Contact Number

If the inspection is for an Occupation Certificate please ensure the Occupation Certificate Application has been applied for via the NSW Planning Portal.

If you require help from a staff member with the NSW Planning Portal an appointment must be made through Council’s Customer Relations Staff.

Please allow approximately one hour for this appointment.
