Glenellen Road – Safety and Future Options

Greater Hume Council invites residents, landowners and road users to attend a community meeting to discuss safety concerns and future options for Glenellen Road.

Council has received a community petition requesting upgrades to Glenellen Road. While major reconstruction works are not currently funded, Council is seeking community input on practical and achievable options to improve safety for all road users.

The session will cover:

• An overview of Glenellen Road and how it is currently used
• Maintenance works already undertaken
• Funding constraints and available options
• Possible measures to improve safety, including heavy vehicle restrictions
• An opportunity for questions and community feedback

Community input will help guide Council’s future consideration of Glenellen Road.
