Dementia Action Week Morning Tea

Holbrook Dementia Alliance Group is having a Morning Tea, On 18 September at the Holbrook Sporting Complex room from 10.00am - 12.00pm for all community members, to promote a Dementia Friendly Community, during Dementia awareness week.

We will have speakers and information available over a cuppa and a chat!

Our aim is to raise awareness and understanding in our community. Around 2/3rds of people living with Dementia live in our Community, and learning more about Dementia can help you support them.

The aim or our Dementia Alliance café, morning tea is to create an opportunity for people and carers to come together and stay connected and engaged in their communities.
