The Henty Show Society warmly welcomes you to our Annual Agricultural Show on:

FOR ONE DAY, HENTY WILL BECOME THE HOME OF DINOSAURS!

Our main attraction for the 2027 Henty Show is Dinkum Dinosaurs!

Come face-to-face with incredible dinosaurs and enjoy an unforgettable prehistoric experience for the whole family.

A FUN DAY OUT FOR EVERYONE!

Our MC, Steve Bowen, and his sidekick Mel will guide us through the day, with afternoon entertainment provided

by Overtime Duo.

Our dedicated barbecue team will be working hard to serve delicious meals, with the Bar conveniently located next

door.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a sit-down meal in the Pavilion while exploring the Photography Section and the

many displays throughout the Showground.

While the Riverina Water Pavilion entries are being judged, take the opportunity to explore everything else the Henty

Show has to offer.

AROUND THE SHOWGROUND

• Discover the excitement of Dinkum Dinosaurs - our main attraction for 2027!

• Enjoy a wonderful selection of inflatables and rides for the family.

• Add a splash of colour to the day with face painting.

• Take a horse-drawn carriage ride with the magnificent Clydesdales, departing from the Western Gate.

• Enjoy the Doggy Dash - chaos on four legs!

• Watch the always-popular Dog Jumping.

• Visit our horse events, including the Fun Ring and Showjumping. We have nine rings filled with horses, with

Clydesdales, Heavy Horses and ploughing events returning in 2027.

• Explore the Sheep, Cattle, Poultry and Wool sections.

• Junior Judging: Henty Show hosts the ASC Group Final Junior Beef Cattle Judging, Junior Fleece

Judging and Junior Grain Judging Competitions.

• Watch the return of the Gumboot Toss.

• Enjoy the old favourite Whip Cracking Competition.

• Cheer on the competitors in the old favourite Sheaf Tossing Competition.

• See how far creativity can fly in the old favourite Paper Plane Competition.

• Don't miss the much-loved Baby Show and Show Girl and Show Boy competitions.

• Visit the Show & Shine and admire the fantastic collection of vehicles on display.

• Wander through the Riverina Water Pavilion and admire the wonderful exhibits entered by members of our

community.

• Cheer on our four local schools as they compete for the Perpetual Trophy and the bragging rights of being

named the most successful school.

SHOWGROUND ADMISSION

Each person entering the Showground on Show Day must have a valid admission ticket.

Adults, 18 years and over: $15.00

Youth, 13-17 years: $10.00

Children aged 12 and under: Free

ENTERING THE SHOW

While we encourage exhibitors to enter online, entries can still be made in person at the Show Office.

Show Office Opening Hours

Thursday, 11 February 2027: 10.00 am-5.00 pm

Friday, 12 February 2027: 10.00 am-7.00 pm

Closing Time for Entries

Online and in-person entries for all sections, except the Horse and Show & Shine sections, close at 7.00 pm on

Friday, 12 February 2027.

Horse Section and Show & Shine entries may also be submitted on Show Day.

Please read the individual section information carefully, as arrival and judging times still apply.

IMPORTANT ENTRY INFORMATION

Some competition sections require entrants to complete an approved waiver and/or an animal health declaration.

Please carefully read the rules, conditions and entry requirements for each section before submitting your entries.

Entrants are responsible for selecting the correct section and class and for providing all required information. The

Henty Show Society cannot accept responsibility for errors made when submitting an entry.
